Instructions:

1. Clip headrest to both shoulder straps.
2. Pull one side up the strap.
3. Pull headrest over your sleeping baby's head, adjust the headrest up or down the straps until your baby's head is fully supported.
4. Enjoy time with your sleeping baby! To use the headrest on your back, you may need assistance from another person. When your baby wakes up, simply pull the headrest down, off of their head.
